One of the Best places to live is Cypress, Texas. It is a sizable residential community that can be found along Highway 290 North and is around 15 miles away from the center of Houston. Due to the rapid population increase in this region, it has become one of the most populous suburban communities in the U.S.

Miramesa, Bridgeland, Cypress Creek Lakes and Lakewood are just a few of the wonderful communities that can be found in Cypress; however, there are many, many more!

Towne Lake

Located in Northwest Houston, Towne Lake is a premier neighborhood and master-planned community in the Cypress-Fairbanks area. Surrounded by Interstate 290, West Road, and Barker Cypress Road, Towne Lake offers a central location with easy access to dining, shopping, schools, and recreational venues. The community features three onsite schools and is part of the highly regarded Cy-Fair Independent School District (ISD).

Towne Lake is unique for its expansive private lake, the largest in the Houston area, covering 300 acres with 14 miles of shoreline and a continuous boat ride for 6 miles. Residents enjoy convenient access to the lake and community amenities through a network of pathways, canals, and scenic coves, providing a one-of-a-kind lakeside living experience. Bridgeland

Bridgeland is a meticulously planned town in Cypress, Texas, covering 11,400 acres and ultimately expected to consist of 20,000 residential units. With over 3,000 acres reserved for public green space, including walking trails, lakes, and parks, Bridgeland is an ideal place to raise a family.

The community boasts unparalleled amenities, from a 6,000-square-foot fitness and community center to a playground, spray pad, tennis courts, and resort-style pool, ensuring there’s something for every family member to enjoy. Fairfield
