Cross Creek Ranch

Located technically in Fulshear but zoned to the Katy Independent School District, Cross Creek Ranch offers a small-town vibe with access to big-city conveniences. The area features a variety of homes, including newly built and older options, with amenities such as a fitness facility, lakeside water park, and miles of greenbelts and trails. Home values range from $400,000 to over a million dollars.

Cinco Ranch
